Mark Amery is an arts editor, curator, critic, broadcaster and journalist. A graduate in Art History, English and Law from the University of Auckland, he has been visual arts critic at the Dominion Post since ca. 2003. Amery has commented, produced and interviewed on radio since 1989, was part of the curatorial team at Wellington City Gallery from 2000 to 2002, was heavily involved in Artspace in the early 1990s, and more recently was director of Playmarket.
